MAINGEAR RMA Process
1. Once your RMA package has been received it may take up to 3 business days to be processed, unpacked, and scanned into our system. After this process you will be contacted once progress has been made on your system. 2. After repairs are completed it will be processed, packaged, and returned which can take up to 2 business days.
3. All RMA packages are returned with ground shipping unless paid for otherwise and require signature confirmation.

Notebooks: 14-25 Business Days
Returns with in 30 Days of purchase: 7 Business Days
